1. Engagement & Studio Deliverables

These Terms govern digital post-production, motion graphics, and audio engineering services provided by zudrun (“Studio”) through zudrun.pro. Every project is executed according to an agreed written brief and confirmed fee.

2. Rates & Payment Milestones

Our base production sprints commence at 190 EUR for isolated single-asset tasks (e.g. short-form editorial cut, audio clean-up, or title motion). Project bundles and monthly studio retainers are billed according to confirmed written scope. Standard engagements require a 50% booking deposit prior to commencement, with final master files released upon balance settlement.

3. Revision Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, each production sprint includes two (2) structured rounds of feedback based on timecoded notes. Revisions must align with the initial creative brief. Substantive scope deviations or subsequent script re-writes will be quoted as an additional sprint.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

The client certifies that all footage, audio stems, typography, and assets provided to zudrun are lawfully owned or licensed. Upon receipt of full payment, zudrun irrevocably assigns all worldwide commercial distribution rights to the completed master exports to the client.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
